polished jeans

I always have the hardest time finding a good pair of jeans. So much so that I secretly only own one that I like, and have noticed that printed/colorful pants always look so much better. Thankfully, after years of searching, I found these from Madewell that fit like a glove. And the best part? This particular style also comes in a selection of prints and colors...I may have to go back for more!

all in black

I rarely dress in head to toe black -- but today, inspired by my new mod sunnies, I decided to go against my norm and try it out (very reminiscent of the all white ensemble I wore a few months ago). Originally I was going to show you guys the cute outfit that's hiding underneath, but I was practically turning into a human popsicle wearing this. Hopefully I can show you soon!

mixing tulips + daisies

I'm backkk!! And in the most first-day-of-spring-appropriate look I own. I will never tire of this shade of yellow green and am a huge fan of printed pants for this season -- especially when paired with printed pumps. Quite a fun take on the floral x floral trend if I do say so myself.

I've been under the weather for the past few days, and now I am off to warmer weather.
Talk soon!! xo

palm tree state of mind

I've been quite literally wearing my thoughts on my sleeves, and for the past few days that has been in the form of this palm tree printed dress. Oddly enough, I feel so tropical in these deep wintery colors. And that's all that matters.

{Outfit 2: Zara dress, jacket and pumps; H&M scarf; Catbird bracelets; Hue tights}

easy dressing

Today calls for some easy pattern mixing for an easy outfit on a slushy afternoon. I can pretty much add this blazer to any look and it strangely works every time, even for those I hate everything I own moments. Such a lifesaver.
