For beach days, my beauty regiment is very low key. 
Here are some of my must-haves found at Amazon.com:

FACE

When sitting in the sun, the most important products I use for my face are a lightweight face sunscreen, moisturizing lip balm, and waterproof mascara (guilty!! -- I do wear some makeup to the beach)

HAIR

I love the look of windblown hair, and to achieve this I turn to Bumble and Bumble's Surf Spray. I'll spray it before a day at the beach, or when lounging by the pool. I also use a ton of conditioner after jumping in the water -- my favorite is Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle. It gives you beautiful, soft hair. Also, bobby pins are a must have for pinning back annoying strands.

SKIN

I am a huge sunscreen addict when I go to the beach, and reapply constantly. For achieving a healthy golden glow, check out Maui Babe -- a beach girl's best friend -- you'll look as bronzed as the bottle after use.

day to night: beach essentials

With Memorial Day fast approaching, promises of tropical vacations or all day beach trips are on the brain. Here are a few of my essentials for going from day to night while hanging out on the seashore -- all conveniently found at Amazon.com. 

For DAY, I like bringing an oversized beach bag, easy shoes, classic sunnies and a bottle of Maui Babe (this stuff is amazing -- seriously. go.buy.it.now.). 

For NIGHT, it's an easy change to bright heels, a mini straw clutch, bold earrings, tinted lip balm and of course a fun iPhone case.
