Just a warning: you might see this dress quite a lot. I wear it IRL a lot.
Originally I spotted this on a random (but very stylish) Boston gal while walking shopping around the city -- immediately thought it was DVF and swooned from afar. So I was surprised to find it hiding in the Zara sales rack last month.
Did I really need another reason to love Zara?
These pictures taken after a very exciting shoot with Marie Claire (pinch. me.) this past weekend with some of my fellow blogging ladies (catch a sneak peek here and here!). I wanted to wear something I felt totally comfortable and confident it, and this was it.
Fingers crossed I'll have magazine(s) to send to my Babcia this October. Regardless of what happens the experience was once in a lifetime that I'll always remember and cherish.
Right now, I'm kind of loving life across the pond. But I'm also kind of missing you guys and my friends and family back home, this little lady included.
A quick hello! And a quick goodbye. See you with a million and one pictures next week!
But for now, follow my travels on instagram -- there are some good things happening on there...I pinky promise.
I'm SO excited to share my latest collaboration with Reebok Skycapes -- aka my new sneaker obsession. They are out. of. this. world. comfortable. AND cute. Don't you just love when fashion and function just work?
If you follow me on insta, you've seen a few sneak peeks. But click HERE to see the full feature and read alllll that I have to say about these leo sneaks.
I had a blast styling skyscape's new line, not only because I'm head-over-heels in love with their new patterns for summer, but because I got to share the spotlight with my blog BFF Allie. Fashion is ALWAYS more fun with a friend.

Getting ready for a 2 week VACATION to somewhere I've always wanted to go -- so I got myself a new haircut, a new dress, and these amazing things called 'lazy loafers'.
Quick story: when I was in high school, I wore heels to class, every. day. The end.
Not anymore. Trust me, trying to navigate those pesky cobblestone sidewalks in stilettos is not cute. Yes I still love my highest heel, but I try (really hard) to stay focused and consider comfort as well as walkability when I'm shopping. I know, I'm getting old.
But, when Kate Spade Saturday comes to Boston, and you find the most perfect nude summer HEEL there, and the first thought you have is 'I could wear these for DAYS', then you buy them. And I might go back for seconds (and thirds).
If you follow me on instagram (if not, whatcha waiting for?!) you already saw a sneak peek or two of this munchkin -- husky heartbreaker with a penchant for chewing ankles and snuggling on long car rides. She has the bluest eyes and has stolen my heart.
When I had blonde hair I tried to stay far, far away from anything white (well, maybe not too far: evidence here + here). Even though I love the look, I felt that it just washed me out -- I have zero California blood in me that could help me not look painfully pale in white -- holla New England life.
But, ever since going brunette, I've become a magnet to all things white. Funny how hair can re-inspire your entire outlook on how you dress.
