Meet my newest closet darling: the band-aid skirt. In the past, I have disregarded trying out this skintight bottom time and time again. The thought of wearing something that left little to the imagination just isn’t my thing so naturally I strayed far, far away. I can’t tell you what possessed me to try it out last week, but my mind has done a 180 and these skirts are all I want to wear. It is the ideal compliment (and contrast) to my signature-oversized tops, not to mention a savior on the windy streets of the city.

I often avoid tight things myself, but I do like the tight bottoms and loose tops look on other people (you, for example). Doesn't work too well with my particular shape, unfortunately.

omg babe! i love your post so much.
ReplyDeletethis is lovely, you look so pretty as well :)
I've debated before whether I should buy a skirt similar to that. I liked the way it fit, and it was actually kind of flattering, but I kept thinking to myself this is way too short and I'm not 16 anymore so I put it back. I regret it a little bit, because I think I would have been able to make it work. Might have to go back for it now!
ReplyDeleteLove this style !!
