Quick story: when I was in high school, I wore heels to class, every. day. The end.

Not anymore. Trust me, trying to navigate those pesky cobblestone sidewalks in stilettos is not cute. Yes I still love my highest heel, but I try (really hard) to stay focused and consider comfort as well as walkability when I'm shopping. I know, I'm getting old.

But, when Kate Spade Saturday comes to Boston, and you find the most perfect nude summer HEEL there, and the first thought you have is 'I could wear these for DAYS', then you buy them. And I might go back for seconds (and thirds).

    It's true, those cobble stones can be killers. Plus when you've got to do some serious walking even the heels that seemed comfy can turn out to be not so comfy.
